Connect patients with thoughtful, coordinated psychiatric care.
We provide outpatient psychiatric care across the lifespan, with an emphasis on individualized treatment, clinical thoughtfulness, and clear communication. Services include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and trauma-informed care, offered in both in-person and virtual settings as appropriate.
Referrals are handled with care and attention to ensure patients are not left navigating the process alone. We review referral information promptly, follow up directly with patients when appropriate, and coordinate with referring providers to support continuity of care and clinical alignment.

We approach referrals with care and attention, knowing how important it is for patients to feel supported throughout the process.
Referrals are reviewed thoughtfully and followed up in a timely way so patients aren’t left waiting or unsure of next steps.
Care is collaborative and patient-centered, whether in person or virtual, with treatment guided by clinical experience, trauma-informed practice, and a genuine respect for each individual’s needs across the lifespan.

We offer outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults, with services centered on comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and ongoing medication management.
Our work supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, stress, burnout, and life transitions, as well as concerns related to perinatal mental health and chronic health conditions.
Care is individualized and trauma-informed, with treatment plans developed thoughtfully and adjusted over time to reflect each person’s needs, goals, and lived experience.
Our services are designed for ongoing, non-urgent care, and we value collaboration and continuity in supporting patients and referring providers throughout the treatment process.

We work with both self-pay and insured patients and are currently in network with several commercial insurance plans, including Cigna/Evernorth, Aetna, Highmark/BCBS, United Healthcare/Optum, and UPMC Health Plan.
At this time, we are NOT in network with any Medicare, Medicaid/Medical Assistance, or related plans (such as UPMC for You, Ambetter Health, or United Healthcare Community Plan).
We’re also unable to see patients with EAP (Employee Assistance Program) coverage or with any form of Medicare or Medicaid policy, including secondary, supplemental, or prescription drug coverage, as these plans require credentialing we do not currently hold.
