Becoming A Patient of Renewed Outlook
New Patient Scheduling Info
Update as of September 17, 2025
We are currently accepting requests for new patient intakes.
πΉ Accepting
Our practice specializes in medication management and medication management with brief psychotherapy (30-minute follow-up visits). Brief psychotherapy is intended as a supportive service alongside medication management and is not a replacement for ongoing therapy with a dedicated therapist or counselor.
At this time, psychotherapy-only appointments are rarely available, and are offered only when clinically appropriate at the discretion of the provider.
πΉ Scheduling Availability
Evening appointments are currently full.
An occasional evening follow-up slot may be available, but this is not guaranteed.
Late afternoon appointments are limited; most appointments are scheduled during typical business hours.
We do not currently have weekend availability. While this may change in the future, it is not guaranteed.
π Controlled Substances Notice
If you may be prescribed a controlled substance, an in-person visit is required before medication can be initiated. Ongoing periodic in-person visits will also be required, as determined by the provider, insurance requirements, and DEA regulations. This applies to medications such as stimulants, benzodiazepines, certain sleep aids, and others.
π Insurance and Form Submission Reminders
Before submitting your request, please review the list of accepted and non-accepted insurance plans below to confirm eligibility.
